The target
We calculate your booking target before you sign: (monthly call volume) × (industry booking rate) × 0.5. Conservative on purpose, so we can exceed it.
What counts
Confirmed appointments booked by the AI during a full 30-day live period. You cannot change your phone number, hours, or services mid-period without telling us.
If we miss
We keep running the system at no additional monthly charge and keep optimizing until the target is hit. The setup fee is not refunded. Work was done.
The ceiling
Maximum extension is 90 days (3 extra months free). If we still cannot hit target by then, we part ways and refund your most recent month.
