Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Juice Automation's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Juice Automation provides done-for-you AI automation services for service businesses, including automation audits, custom automation builds, and ongoing management and optimization.

3. Payment Terms

Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly management fees are billed on the first of each month. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly management plan at any time with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees apply. Automations built during your engagement remain yours to keep.

5. Intellectual Property

Custom automations built for your business are owned by you. Juice Automation retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and frameworks used in the delivery of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Juice Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
